Una pregunta que muchas veces nos hacemos es c\u00f3mo podemos diferenciar buena tecnolog\u00eda de aquella que no lo es. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.downes.ca\">Stephen Downes<\/a>, uno de mis bloguers favoritos escribi\u00f3 hace un tiempo atr\u00e1s el ensayo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.downes.ca\/cgi-bin\/xml\/papers.cgi?format=full&#038;id=34\">Nine Rules for Good Technology<\/a>. Entre los principios que Downes  discute en este ensayo est\u00e1n: <\/p>\n<p>1. La buena tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e1 siempre disponible. <br \/>\n2.
