Como parte de las actividades del Congreso se llev\u00f3 a\u00a0 cabo un panel sobre los recursos educativos abiertos y su importancia para el aprendizaje y la investigaci\u00f3n. En ese panel se present\u00f3 un borrador de una declaraci\u00f3n en apoyo al uso de recursos educativos abiertos. Despu\u00e9s de estar revisando la misma por varias semanas, consideramos que ya podemos publicar la misma para que los interesados puedan firmarla.
