Ahora entiendo el plan del Gobierno de Puerto Rico para estimular el cambio: es cuesti\u00f3n de tiempo<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

\"image\"<\/a> 1. El Secretario de Educaci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que necesitamos diez a\u00f1os<\/strong> para transformar las escuelas.<\/p>\n

2. Para estimular el desarrollo de valores en nuestros estudiantes hacemos reflexiones de cinco minutos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

3. Para ayudar a los estudiantes que no han logrado el aprovechamiento acad\u00e9mico a\u00f1adimos una hora de clase<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

4. Para enfrentarse a la violencia y las muertes en la carretera se  prohibir\u00e1 \u201cel expendio de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas en todo comercio\u2014salvo hoteles, paradores y hospeder\u00edas de turismo\u2014despu\u00e9s de las 12:00 de la medianoche de lunes a jueves y despu\u00e9s de las 2:00 de la ma\u00f1ana, viernes y s\u00e1bado<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n,  el desmadre gubernamental  (o \u201cdespadre\u201d como usted prefiera) es cuesti\u00f3n de tiempo. Est\u00e1 claro: el cambio es cuesti\u00f3n de tiempo. <\/p>\n
