Esa fue la experiencia que se explor\u00f3 en <a href=\"http:\/\/theworldunplugged.wordpress.com\/\">The world unplugged<\/a>,&#160; una investigaci\u00f3n que incluye unos 1,000 universitarios alrededor del mundo.&#160; \u00bfQu\u00e9 se encontr\u00f3? Esta imagen recoge la experiencia descrita por los estudiantes: <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/academic.uprm.edu\/%7Emarion\/blogs-wlw\/Desconectarnos_745E\/addiction-grid.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"addiction-grid\" border=\"0\" alt=\"addiction-grid\" src=\"http:\/\/academic.uprm.edu\/%7Emarion\/blogs-wlw\/Desconectarnos_745E\/addiction-grid_thumb.jpg\" width=\"635\" height=\"346\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Me imagino que si se si le hubiese pedido a los participantes que se desconectaran por una semana tendr\u00edamos un cuadro de s\u00edntomas mucho m\u00e1s serio. Pero tambi\u00e9n es posible&#160; que despu\u00e9s de un tiempo aprender\u00edan a vivir sin tecnolog\u00eda y encontrar\u00edan otros placeres para curar la dependencia a Internet&#160; y otras tecnolog\u00edas como se muestra en las expresiones de participantes que comenzaron a darse cuenta de los beneficios de \u201cdesenchufarse\u201d: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWithout media, I found out that there are people around me.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI interacted with my parents more than the usual. I fully heard what they said to me without being distracted with my BlackBerry. I helped to cook and even to wash the dishes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have legs, which I now believe are underestimated as a social tool, as they allowed me to go and see people and communicate with them wirelessly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSpending 24 hours without any media turned out to be difficult in some ways and at the same time kind of liberating. Instead of all these \u2018media things,\u2019 <strong>I had more free time for many generous things<\/strong>.
